What are your shipping methods?
Most orders are shipped via Economy Ground for $7.95. To get a more accurate quote, place your items in a shopping cart and click "Estimate Shipping." Please note that Next-Day Ground shipping options are available in most areas; larger items are subject to higher shipping rates; and orders to P.O. Box addresses can only be sent via Economy shipping.

How long does shipping usually take?

Most orders are delivered within one to five business days.

Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?
Yes we do. Please indicate your shipping preference upon checkout.

Can I track my package
online?
Yes, you can track your package through your online account. Simply return and sign in with your username and password to see where your package is in the shipping process. You will also receive an email with tracking information when you order.

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within the continental United States. Orders can also be shipped to AFO and FPO addresses. Please call us at (888) 279-2463 to make arrangements for AFO or FPO shipping.

What if my package arrived damaged?
Please contact us within seven days of delivery of the damaged package so we can resolve the issue for you. Call (888) 279-2463.

What if the package is intact, but the item inside is damaged or not working?

My item seems to be unavailable right now. How will that affect shipping my order?
Here's a quick guide to some of the messages you may see:

Ships Today: We have the part in stock and it will ship today.

Ships Tomorrow: We have the part in stock and it will ship tomorrow.

Ships Monday: We have the part in stock and it will ship on Monday.

Available: The part is available from the product manufacturer. We will place an order for your part within one business day. Most functional parts are shipped to us within two business days; we typically ship them out within one day of receipt.

No Longer Available: We are out of stock for the part and the manufacturer no longer supplies it. A substitute may be available. Please call us at (888) 279-2463 to determine if a substitute is available for your part.

Discontinued: We are out of stock for the part and the manufacturer no longer supplies it. A substitute may be available. Please call us at (888) 279-2463 to determine if a substitute is available for your part.

Call for Price: The part cannot be sold online. Please call us at (888) 279-2463 to place your order.

Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy?
Any uninstalled part purchased from us can be returned at anytime. Simply call us at (888) 279-2463 so we can issue a return merchandise authorization for your part.

What are the restrictions on returns?
Items that have been installed or connected to an appliance may not be returned. And items in damaged condition may not be returned.  We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person or company for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its Return Policy. 

How do I cancel an order?
Please call us at (888) 279-2463 so we can assist you. Cancellations can be made prior to shipment of the item. Otherwise, please wait for delivery of the item and then you may return it.

Is there a restocking fee?
No, there is no restocking fee for returned items.

I lost my packing slip. Can I still return my item?
Yes, just print your order confirmation email or use your online account to print your order invoice.
